I called back number (02) 8104 1012 spoke to a female from a company called cms convergence marketing services. They are doing telemarketing for funeral insurance plans.

It's not CMS! I just abused CMS just to be told:
Kymberly, my name is Damian von Demleux, I am the manager at the real CMS insurance. I received your email and tried calling you. I wanted to explain that the people calling you are not from our company but purporting to be so. This is a scam which has caused a great deal of distress for us and so I know how you are feeling. We have involved the Aust Federal Police and the ACCC Scamwatch. However at this time there is not much they can do. I wish to give you my apologies and ask that if anyone calls again please tell them that the police are involved. Our website does have a warning about this fraud on our homepage. Once again, my apologies for what has happened but it is not us that is calling you.

I was angry and told him that I was already on their do not call register and Warne's him they the next time I answer I.will be very abusive. he had the verve to keep talking....
Come one bring g it on guys next time I will scream in your ear and then you will quit your job because you will lose ur hearing.
I not a horrible person but how many times can you be polite.
I.do night shift I can't keep having these calls.

My best advice is to block them if you can, or reject/ignore them. This number is linked to (02) 8015 2270 which, if you search it, has a spam score of 100%. I have been rejecting the 2270 number for the last few days (up to a dozen calls so far today), so now they've started calling on the 1012 line instead. Still not going to do them any good, but if they want to waste their time trying I'll just keep hitting reject. Very annoying though if you're trying to run a business - they really shouldn't be allowed to continually harass people like this.
