I have created a contact called 'Spam' I add these calls to that contact. If you do that and you are called by this number again you will see your phone say 'Spam' and you can choose to not answer or decline. You will need to add each spam number to your Spam contact but it's worth it because you won't answer when they call back (unless they call from a different number you haven't yet saved) and eventually they will think you are not a legit person (i.e. your number is a computer like theirs).

Working off a very presumptive script. I would be very concerned for anyone less wary, that fell for this.

They said that they represent a company called OMNI. Don't be fooled, they are slowly acquiring information that they have bought or got from other sources and are trying to get more of your details verified so that they can sell that information with a greater degree of certainty to people who want to create a duplicate of false identity. They are more than just a nuisance, they are part of the shady criminal element. It may appear that they really don't get much, but verified data is worth a lot more on the black market than stuff picked up by phishing. So don't give them any information, ask them the personal questions, like their name and date of birth, etc, and see how quickly they exit.

Wants to ask a quick 4 questions. Had our name and wanted to know if we were an Australian resident. Delay in response as it was an overseas line. Saud when I interrupted him that he would like to ask the questions to see if we qualify for insurance. I hung up.
