Caller: PCYC raffles It's PCYC raffles. We contribute, just asking this month if we'd buy a few extra since sales are low (Normally they don't call). They asked for me by name and thanked me for my contributions in the past. So I'm confident that this one is legit. (We've got a silent number and are in the "do not call" register too and have been for years, but still get a few spam and scam calls from various numbers most days. And a variety of charities - they are exempt from the "do not call" register and can make calls to you, unfortunately, but if you ask them to take you off their list, sometimes they do!)

Caller: Police & Citizens Youth Club fundraisers Hi - yes, this is a legitimate charity. They usually call monthly to raise money through raffles for this organisation which helps kids in trouble (keeping them off the streets, etc). Sometimes they’ll do a campaign to raise extra funds by cold-calling. Hope this helps.
