This is NRMA memberships department chasing overdue renewals and also confirming late payments. If you call the number back it directs you to call NRMA. I answered and spoke with a lovely girl who could verify certain details only NRMA would know withouth breaching security on my membership. Poor girl told me about all the rude people she speaks to that yell at her for providing them the service of advising them they are out of date of their roadside assistance cover (she is doing them a favour). Calling a number back isn't going to affect you if it's a dodgy number so if you are unsure call it back and then get them to call you back. No need to be so rude

Says you may be called again in the future.

Keeps calling me at wrong times and hang up when I pick up the call.

I get about one call a day. NRMA has also been texting me to renew my Roadside assistance, even though I sold the car over 6 months ago!

Thanks Sarah for your comments. I've had a few missed calls from this number and as no messages are left I don't bother calling back. Now that I know who is calling I'll ring back.

They did leave a very brief voice message but I couldn't work out what they were saying.

I had a missed call from this number (02) 8094 6021 - called it back and got a voice record saying it was PCYC looking for fundraising.

I received a call from this number and rang NRMA where I was advised that it is not them calling and the lady entered the phone number and could not find the number on their system. Plus I am up to date with all my payments.

Annoying scammers

I had a call from this number and it was The Australian newspaper re a subscription i used to have.
My suspicion is this number is for companies that have lost companies?

All you will need to do is call the NRMA and tell them to cancel it, and they will. This will stop the calls you are getting.

Looks to be NRMA chasing people not renewing roadside assistance. I got an SMS just over a week ago from NRMA and my phone tells me they called me a few times about the same time last year.
