I don't want to be paranoid, but I think it's the secret police, and they only want to know your location, they are not interested in talking to you.

Called to say from Commonweath Bank. Said I wasnt the person they wanted, must have wrong number.Called number back from a different phone, answerphone said was Avon Marketing, they are telemarketers for insurance products and represent various companies.
