Got a missed call from that number and when i called back, it said it was a hosted contact centre service and they'll be calling back later on in the day.

so i did get a call back from the same number and it ended up being a courtesy call from NRMA to check it my car battery was working fine. (Had to get roadside assist the night before)

I'm assuming it's a third party company that does all the dirty work for other companies to keep up with their customer service quotas.

I got a call from the same number. I have yet to find out who or what the number was for and would appreciate any information regarding this. thank you :)

Same just had a missed call after having my battery replaced from NRMA yesterday.

I've received calls from this number, too. They are the "Hosted Contact Centre Service".
They rang me from this number early in the morning saying they were from my bank and asking to confirm my account details for EOFY/tax.
I refused and contacted my bank. The bank said that they did not give account information to anyone at this number.

I got a call from the same number. I have yet to find out who or what the number was for and would appreciate any information regarding this. thank you :)Karla
