Scam - recorded message saying to call back so they could arrest me.

Recorded message from the tax department. Hung up on them. Like the tax dept is going to ring about 22 million people about their taxes? Too much money and time get real!!!
Don’t answer or just hang up. Apparently they are draining your credit even from prepaid phones. Hate to be on a contract☹️

I got the same call on the same day 12th of December but when I called back it disconnected obviously a bloody scam these people are unbelievable they need to be caught and arrested

Scam - so annoying - some one called from ATO told me I have debt and under Police arrestment. if I don't pay I need to go to court.

same here...somebody call me from this number, asking my details and he said, he will arrest you and you have to pay 20,000 dollars.

Scam claiming that I needed to call them about a law suit against me

I have numerous law suits being filed against me and I need to call this number immediately

Scam: recoded message telling me to call back or there will be a warrant for my arrest

Left a robotic voicemail stating they'd issue a warrant for my arrest. Definitely scam.

2nd recorded call recieved saying they are from ATO and about to issue an arrest warrant.

Scam, said from tax office

Automated message saying I needed to call a certain number as I was being arrested !!

Don't respond to calls asking you to call back on this number. These are hoax calls trying to retrieve your personal information for some kind of scam I guess

I've just received call - recorded message to say ATO going to arrest me

Voicemail message left on my phone advising this is the ATO & we have a warrant for your arrest & to call this number (02) 8091 7681. I called the number back & there was silence for a few seconds, then an Indian man said "Hello" & requested my details. I did NOT provide any details, instead I asked him for his customer representative ID number. He mentioned 2 numbers & hung up. At no time did I provide details, he must have been rattled with me asking him for ID. I called the ATO on 13 28 61 & confirmed the listed number above is nothing to do with the ATO. I submitted a Scam Report with the ATO. The ATO will always provide notification via mail & adequate identification + Government phone numbers are generally 1800, 1300 & 131 numbers. Please do not give out your personal or banking details, that number is a Scam as advised by the ATO directly. If you have provided personal & banking details, the ATO advised to contact the Federal Police immediately to report. Delete & Block (02) 8091 7681.

Keep calling me repeatedly and leave message saying call back or they will issue an arrest warrant. Really suspicious as the recorded message sounds computer generated or robotic. Pretty sure this is a scam
