Answered the phone call and automated female voice was speaking Chinese

Caller: Chinese Consulate / Embassy Scam

Calls from this number are in the Mandarin language. They are automated/robocalls. It is a Chinese Embassy/Consulate scam.

I called back and they said they are technician, then they asked for my full name and address for identification purpose. After I provided the info they said don’t play smart then hang up. Tried to call back but got cut out.

Caller: Automated Message

Upon answering the call - an automated male voice comes on to tell you that they are from the taxation office and that there is a lawsuit filed under your name. If you dont call them back they will issue an arrest warrant and have you arrested. They then request you call them back and they even give you a reference number. And ti then hangs up. If you try to call them back the user is 'busy' and you cannot get through. SCAM!
