They are scam call. They scammed me $499 last time. They are all Indian and will offer you very cheap package. I am still curious how can they find my company's hipages information which has not been published ever. I stronly believer Hipages website has security issue because my credit card was unauthorized use and I only provided card number to Hipages at that time.

Caller: Arseholes (02) 8091 6111 Tell everyone you know that if they get a call from this number or any other number and it sounds to good to be true ask the person calling to call back in 15 minutes. Use that time to google “who owns this number “ and type in the number and see what comes up. I hope this helps you. If I save you with this let me know. Send a text to Alan. 0402 827 484. Just a thanks is fine but if you want to reward ask for my bank details. Lol. Stay safe. Stay smart. Stay alert.

Caller: Scammers pretend to be from Hi pages Indian accent pretend to be from Hi Pages. I thought they were legit since i have been talking to hi pages. They were trying to sell me some lead package for $400 a year. Then they started asking for my credit card details that's when i know they are scammers. Hi pages didn't need to ask for my credit card details when they update my details.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!

Caller: Michael - saying he was from HiPages called saying he was from HiPages and that they had a new package from HiPages because people were saying that leads were not coming through due to Corona Virus. It was a reduced fee for the year, but you had to pay the 400 up front. When I said I didn't want to do that and I needed time to check my account, I told them to call back. the next time they called back I was busy, and they called 3 times in a row. I knew something wasn't right. Then I called the number and it just rang out. No call centre or answering service etc. the next time he rang me, I decided I was going to cancel my account because the leads had been crap the last year anyway. He said he would cancel my account, but to get my refund of $399 I needed to either go down to Sydney to pick up a check, or give them my credit card details (that they should already have on file). I just hung up on the guy after arguing about it and I don't think he'll be calling back.
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS - It's a scam!!

Claiming to be HiPages with a free upgrade for $400.00 for the year for a COVID relief package to help their top tier customers. it is fake will request that you verify a code to allow a new payment system they have.
DO NOT GIVE THEM PAYMENT - I HAVE CHECKED THIS WITH HIPAGES AND CONFIRMED SCAM. Frustratingly it will take days to get through to Hipages to confirm as they are not taking phone calls but thats another issue.
