Scam! My Grandma answered a call from this number, saying there was a warrant out for her arrest due to an illegal app downloaded on her phone. She hung up before they said anything further but I'm assuming they'd be asking for money to cancel the warrant.

I didn’t get a call, but an email saying a PayPal payment has been made for an iPhone purchase and if this was not you, call this number. Complete scam. Do not call them back. Check your PayPal account separately. Do not click on any links direct from the email.
