Absolutely a scam. Say they are Telstra Technician and they have detected security breach or scam on your computer. They are very convincing providing email address (missing the .au), phone number, street address of 215 Miller Street, North Sydney (which is a Telstra Shop on Google search). Ask you to turn on and log on computer and through TeamViewer (or similar) work on your computer to transfer money. Their spiel is "we are trying to catch a scammer in China and need your help. We will deposit $3000 into your account. Can you go to ATM with deposit facility and withdraw the $3000 and we will tell you where to deposit it."
