Scam. Automated voice left message "a lawsuit is getting filed under your name" with number to call back.

We received the same call, it's definitely a scam!!!

Robo-message from 'ATO'. Scam. Block.

scam. called saying they were from the ATO lol

Caller: Voice message left from (02) 8091 4246 5 December 2018 12 noon

"You need to call me back on my department division no. 2 on 8091 4246. I repeat to you 8091 4246. If we do not hear form you we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested. So call me back, thank you."

Left on message bank, the same as above, scam. Now I can not delete the number from my message bank, it keeps reappearing !

Automated voicemail stating that you owe the taxation office money and that a law suit will be issued if you do not immediately call back.

To call back otherwise I may need to be arrested.

This is a scam relating to your tax file and some supposed law suit, if you question them they hang up repeatedly
