Same email from dellavaldez47587 @ gmail.com but saying ANZ eTech support.
I did call back and wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to explain to the operator that not only had I never heard of them, I had never bought anything from them. Operator said I had to cancel via email but would not send the form. I was supposed to call her back when in front of the computer and she would show me all the files of their product that I was using (all in "the Cloud" supposedly). I said I do not store in the cloud as have plenty of disc space on a 6 month old computer - even more of a reason for not needing cloud based "security"., plus I used a major security product and would not have 2 on my computer. I then asked for their ABN and the (Indian ) operator did not know what that was. I explained that all Australian businesses have one. She said she did have one but "was not at liberty to divulge it". At that pont I just said that the whole thing was bullsh*t, as the number is on all printed matter from a company, so there was no secrecy. I then hung up.

No doubt a scam. Maybe call them back and waste their time for an hour, return the favour! Just don't give them any personal details or credit card!
