I'm in the same boat. They are fully of crap. So disappoint and lost my trust with any SEO Companies. You can't even contact their email as it comes back undelivered and phone number isn't connected. I trusted as they were located in Sydney and didn't think once they would be scamming us.

These people are very dishonest and only interested in taking peoples money. That is why they insist you pay them the money up front. I knew I was taking a chance with them because I couldnt find much info on them and so paid $1500 and only got 10 % of the advertising I was supposed to get. I have reported them to consumer affairs. Dont deal with these people and never pay any money up front as they will promise lots but deliver nothing . As soon as they got my money they disappeared and would not return phone calls.

This company are dogs, they have done this to me got my money and now I need changes done I cant get hold of them. Is there any way to get my money back ?

Incase if someone has lost money by paying money to these guys, it is very simple to get back your money, call your bank and dispute the transaction, the bank will help you getting the money out of these guys.
