This number has been given to me by a relative from Uganda, that its been used by people who claim to help people come to Australia and other European countries. Many people have been scammed and it seems it is a big syndicate of scammers. So I was checking to see if it is registered I'm Australia. When I ring it, it rings but no one picks up.
