Caller: Telereach

I'm on the do not call register and received two calls within a short time of each other, neither of which had anyone speak when I answered. I rant the number back and was treated to a lengthy message about privacy etc etc. I have lodged a complaint on the Do Not Call Register.

Like someone else said - I have caller ID and if I don't know the number I just simply do not answer. Then I go online and google the number including various websites such as this to see if there have been any other complaints about this number. At this point in time according to this site there have been 114 complaints just this year and we're only at the beginning of May!!

I also think if it is genuine, then they'll also have other ways in which to contact me, which is what usually happens.

I had a call from this number on my mobile then my landline. My landline is a silent number so I suspect Telstra has given my number to these guys. Don’t expect Telstra to do anything.

I bloody agree with you. I think that Charities shoud be placed on a do not call list too.

I have them phoning all too frequently - my outgoing message now tells the caller: "YOUR NUMBER IS ALREADY RECORDED!! Perhaps that's why I'm getting less calls!!

they called hung up at 7.30pm called back got recorded message looked them up found you guys experiencing the same thing on do not call list so I was quite surprised time to stop this rubbish and company wasting peoples time and invading privacy who knows what they wanted up to know good I would say just rubbish bloody telemarketers I was curious how they got my number

(02) 8091 0103 Said they were doing market research. The time frame suggest it is politically related since election is in a couple of weeks. I have zero time for politics so I just put the phone down without hanging up and went back to what I was doing hehe!

Got a call 8:00pm AEST from this number asking for a survey and I only had this number for a few weeks? How the hell did they get this number?!

Some survey company, I think re election. Not interested in getting endless calls from these pests. I hung up.

I'm on the ;'Do not call register' and these f####s call me at 8.30pm waking my FN kids. Pi$$ off!!! In fact I am so annoyed and Pi$$ed off with these constant calls Im off to google who I can make a complaint to (Ombudsman??)

F Wits calling after 7PM. I don't answer callers I don't recognise. Glad I looked here to confirm my suspicions.

Called and left no message on a Saturday afternoon - don't answer numbers I don't recognise anymore....

Called, went to my answering machine as I refused to answer an unknown 02 number. They did not leave a message. Just did a Google search and found this. Thank goodness for pages like this!! If my elderly mother had been home, she would've surely answered the call!! Wish I could block them from calling the landline!
