Got the same Fax this morning

All typing seems official except the last line
that uses Comic Sans font, which asks to:
Kindly Complete and FAX To (02) 8078 6030
Googled it and West Wylong Publis School
has the same Fax No. ? ? ?

Received the same fax in Port Douglas, Nth Qld. Makes me sick when scam artists take advantage of the innocent. Bank fraud, email fraud, spam, now FAX

Git the same fax and filled it out, then got a call from an american very very good salesman, stroked my ego and being a silly old woman gave him my details of mastercard, now can't get him on the phone so have lost a significant amount through this scam.  Be warned.

What a load of jibbering rubbish and completely made up.
It doesn't even ask for credti card details so that's crazy to be giving that out!

Yep.. i got a fax earlier today also, and am located in Perth.

Obvious scam because, among other things, it mentions my candidacy was approved. Considering I never applied for anything, this is just bizarre.
Would love to know where to report it.
