Have had several calls from this number in the last few days. I don't answer, as I do not recognise the number as belonging to anyone I know. I have tried calling back, but it is always engaged. You advise that this number was last associated with a P Goodacre at U 27 242 Darling St, Balmain NSW 2041, Australia. It is likely that the number is no longer in use by that person, and may be being spoofed by a scammer, or even a political party or survey company, none of which I want to talk to......
