very fast talking and pushy. tried to say she was sending a "free gift" of Dan Murphy voucher or iPad charger because someone had "done a survey" with them. then tried to explain that they offered printer cartridges etc - I explained we were under contract and didn't need them, she pivoted to cleaning products.... when I said we didn't need them either "thank you goodbye." she hung up

Bloody Jerks call and then just hang up! At least 5 times a day. Starting to get rather annoying.

same as everyone else hung up when I said I only use about 1 cartridge a year as everything emailed these days

ink company, the lady was very rude and tried to send me ink to use and asked me to pay after 60 days. I told her to send some information about the ink before I agree her to send then she hang up the call. So disgusting!

Repeatedly call every few months stating they have my trial cartridges waiting to ship even though I never requested trial cartridges. A staff member at the time purchased cartridges off them about 1.5 years ago when they traded under a different name, that was a mistake.
I've requested to be taken off their system completely and to not be called again so we'll see how that goes.

Had a call from this number this morning advising we have ink cartridges being shipped out to us this month, I politely told the lady that we did not order any ink cartridges from them as we only use local to buy our cartridges and she was very insistent that we had. I then advised her to cancel whatever order she thought she was sending us and take us off her mailing list!!! Very pushy indeed.

Very pushy lady that did not listen when i told her several times I am not interested and kept pushing a sale asking for our mailing address for a "free gift". I ended up hanging up after a minute or so because she just wouldn't listen.

Rude Ink Cartridge saleswoman. Called asking to speak to the person in charge of the photocopier Ink, I said we were in a contract - she became petty. It isn't difficult to say; "thank you anyway, enjoy the rest of your day"! Do not recommend them whatsoever. Support local!
