Very evasive - said SRA then SWIFT - would not identify themselves - very dodgy - block this number - SCAM

Asking if I knew a Antone Smith. Call came from a company called 'Swift'

Caller: Someone from Swift

Continued to call me. They don’t leave messages. Being curious I phoned back and asked what they did. Lady wouldn’t tell me. Told her not to waste my time again.

Caller: Swift and SRA

Called me, asked if I was me and then asked If I knew a Sarah who lived at my previous address. Called my husband and did the same a few minutes prior. Phishing for me to confirm our names and address under the guise of wanting to know where Sarah was (we don’t know a Sarah). Once I realised what was going on I drilled the lady for Information about the company she works for, she said Swift but was very vague about what her company did, she said they dealt with people’s personal business was very vague and nervous and couldn’t tell me how they had my details.

Has been calling me the last 4 days asking for payment to cash train which I have NEVER used and then I don’t know how they got my partner’s phone number and hassling her now .rang the number that came up and got some random ignorant female who didn’t know very good English 100% scam

Used this number to automatically call me and connect me to his local townhall meeting. Didn't ask for my permission to use my details in this way, so really not impressed.

Called asking for my uncle’s wife, I said we weren’t in contact and then she asked if any of my family was in contact with either of them. I then asked how she got my number and was told that I was listed as a reference/emergency contact for her, and said that it was an urgent matter.

Had and called my number asking for family member's new addresses and phone numbers. Pretended to be something about old mail collection? I called the number back. From Sydney but I'm in Brisbane! No answer just voicemail. Definitely a scam! Blocked & reported number.

Lady very rude has also called several members of my family liars saying they know who they are looking for I will be passing this on to the police

Forcing to speak to a name we dont have in the list sayign called from SWIFT. Dodgy... how can we report these kind of scams??

called and when I picked up said "who am I speaking with". I said "you called me, so who are you looking for?". Answer was - "can I speak with Teresa?"- I told them it was not Teresa and hung up. SCAMMERS!!!

I called back number (02) 8075 0364 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Contacted ex Wife asking for Antone Smith also, did you find out any information?

I called back number (02) 8075 0364 spoke to a woman who said company name is SRA.

Called a Facebook friend of my wife's saying her friend was a referee for a job my wife had supposedly applied for. When questioned the company name Swift came up. Of course call was terminated.

Asking if I knew a Dylan Macleod but had my name and address.

I called back number (02) 8075 0364 reached IVR for SRA.
