Like I see on other comments, is about a outstanding Vodafone bill manny years ago, like 6-7, it like they bought a debt from a auction or so! I am not paying!

Chasing a Vodafone bill from 2014 which isn’t even accurate I’ve emailed posted & spoken yo 5 different reps saying that they incorrectly charged me Instead of the other mobile service on my account they accept and close the case and a year goes by and I have to go thru the whole process again

Received a call from a rude, pompous and arrogant woman. Chasing a tiddly little debt. They have to be desperate to make a very small amount of money.

If they call you expect rudeness and to be spoken down too on behalf of Vodafone who themselves are rude and arrogant - takes one to know one or "Birds of a Feather" mentality.

Calling me daily with a recorded message when I answer mobile asking me to call a 1300 number when I answer. The number on my call log is this (02) 8072 4188 number ...not the 1300 number they are asking me to call for the pleasure of paying them phone charges for misinformation. NSW Health has given this to this company...for $30.70!!! This was paid weeks ago by BPay. I cannot believe I am being harrassed by this company for a bill I have already paid to the NSW government and when I call the number and tell them to stop harassing me I am told they are not harrassing me! Staggered.

This number (02) 8072 4188 is a company called ADR (Australian Debt Recovery). Basically, if you have a debt with a legit company such as Vodafone then they sell the debt to ADR. ADR then contact the debtor and obtain payment via instalments. Having said that, I understand that ADR has no legal grounds to make anyone pay, even though they would have people believe differently. All the aforementioned aside, the debt they're chasing is most probably a legit debt with a company such as Vodafone and should be paid.
