They’ve been spam calling me within exactly 2 and a half to 3 hours using no caller ID. Apparently to my phone it says they are located in NSW Sydney. This is has to be account hackers considering their format and unprofessional behaviour. I’ve had missed bills and also have had noticed account hackers. This isn’t the way telstra behaves. With out a doubt a scam

I was on a text chat with Telstra this morning to protest a bill received long after I had cancelled my account. It was all sorted and I get this damn number calling me. I don't want to speak to anyone from Telstra and they have no right to contact me.I did not answer. I assume it is a nuisance call.

Missed call no message left, received text message saying it was telstra and I had an overdue bill of $263. Had a link in it to pay by credit card. I have been with optus since 2010. My new number has only been active for 1 day. Deleted and blocked the number.

this is an automated Telstra call back, usually for account payment chasing.

Caller: Telstra automated message I think it’s broken. They called relentlessly all day but I answered the first one and knew I didn’t have time because of work, so when I finally humoured them in the afternoon and let it play through, I followed the prompts to a credit card payment for $0.00
This went on for a couple of days, I called, sat on hold for probably a total of an hour or more over multiple attempts to speak to someone with no results. So I’ve just started checking the numbers on here and periodically blocking them. They will surely run out of ports to call off eventually right? Haha.
They constantly tell people in our town that there is no free ports for new connections! Maybe they could give up 1 or 1000 from this stupid “robot” call...
