He rang me too last year and called me a name....I called back and then afterwards thought that maybe he had his phone set up like a 1900 number and he received payment when you rang him back. Some creepy scam.

Had 4 missed calls from this number. Very annoying as I thought it may have been an emergency as they rang so often. Rang number back but constantly engaged! This shouldn't happen!

Received missed call from this number this morning. Answered the second time around, she asked for my name, and before I could say yes it was me, the line cut out. Rang back, automated busy message. Sounded like a local line and local voice.

Received two calls from this number. Answered one to find it's some dodgy mob, Avalon, trying to sell a get rich quick scheme. Tried returning the call to be told by a recorded message the number is not being attended.

Yeah I had one at 9:51am and vmail msg of 99secs with only bkground noise...Im sick of our privacy being breached without repercussions for these sorts of people. I got a "no answer"sound when I tried to call it back too.

I got a call....said his name was Michael from Avalon and when I said I couldnt talk because I was going to work he called me a weirdo. His number is always engaged but I'll keep trying as the guys a wanka.

They keep calling me and asking if I'm Michael and when I answer 'no' they hang up immediately. I can't call back it's always engaged.

I've been getting repeated missed calls from this number as well. I have had a similar thing like this happen to me before and it's actually a scam. The noise and cutting out when you answer is designed to get you to call the number back....which is when you get stung at a HUGE call rate, costing you up to $10 each call.Unless you can gain some info DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK!!!

Yeah, I received a call from this number at 9:51am with a 99sec vmail msg left. When I listened to the vmail it was just people talking in the bkground (like a call centre). I also called it bk from my mobile and it just said "no answer"- it never rang. I am sick and tired of people harrassing me on my phone from marketing companies and the like...when are the laws going to change to prevent our privacy from being breached...???

yeah i get a call from this phone number a fair bit - i think i answered once and they started with a name that was not mine and i told them i was not that person and hung up. Today i answered to tell them to take me off their data base but it hung up when i answered.
it rings when i really don't need to be answering a call - baby feeding, driving, sleeping. i am sick of it.

I also have had 2 missed calls and was going to ring back but am so glad I got onto these posts. Hopefully I will chek number before I answer when they call again

I got a call from this number on my moblie phone,so i answered it and i got a female voice.she said is this Andrew and i reply yes and then she hanged up.I try to ring back it just beeps.I think its a scam of some sort.
