Not impressed with someone on behalf of Westpac calling me and asking me to confirm my details over the phone to help me complete an online application. They should know better than to ask people for their personal details.

Twice in two days

Claims to be Westpac customer service calling about an account I recently opened (which I did), however they were asking for my details (which I would never give ever unless it was me who was calling them), so I just hung up

Westpac called me. Said that I started a Credit Card application online but it didn't complete. (This is true). They wanted to help me complete the form if need be. Call Type should be customer service.

They have been hounding me on and off for weeks. A couple of calls a day.

Keep calling in relation to a complaint, even though I specified that they contact me by email. Leave messages saying they rang but got no answer, so they will email. Oh, you mean like I asked in the first place? Geniuses...

called this number back and apparently its about a special offer from westpac bank! and that they will be calling me back regarding it... if i want it to stop i have to call a 1300 number.
