Caller: Customer service officer (CSO)

This was a legit call. It was the Commonwealth Bank calling about one of my accounts. I am in WA and the call originated from Sydney but the CSO was able to tell me the local branch representative who had been handling my inquiries.

Left message. Asian accented woman claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank asking to contact them on 1300 038 849 to update ComBiz details. I smell a scam!
