Receiving multiple calls a day but leaving no voice message. Try calling back and it doesn’t mention company name

This number continues to call night and day. I’m about to block. I’m not surprised when the Government allows the likes of Craig Kelly, a paid politician bluding off the public purse, to harangue and harass Australian citizens with his mad Vaxtard messages.

This number is referred to as "Customer Assist" but does not mention a specific company. If you are being called by this number, you may have had an overdue credit amount. There is a lengthy intro script which is as follows:
"To access your profile today, we will ask you some identification questions. The answers you provide must match your profile. If the answers do not match, we may not be able to assist with your inquiry. Alternative identification options may be offered. Please have your statements or online banking ready to assist with your answers. If you enter into a payment arrangement today, we may send you SMS payment reminders. If you would like to opt out of the SMS payments reminders, please let us know on the call."
"Customer Assist is committed to helping you understand how credit reporting reforms impact you. In line with legislation, there are two ways which actions on your account can impact your comprehensive credit reporting. Repayment history information, among other things, must be reported to the credit reporting bodies each month, and repayment indicators will appear on your credit file. We are required to report any overdue amounts to the credit reporting bodies. Any late payment fees and additional interest will still be charged where applicable, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your contract."
"If on this call, you enter into a hardship arrangement, any repayment history information that we report to the credit reporting bodies will be based on your agreed hardship repayments. If your hardship repayments are not made on time, your payment history will show that you broke your arrangement. It is important that you maintain your hardship arrangement or call us to discuss if you're unable to. When your hardship arrangement has been successfully completed, and we've made changes to your account, this will show on your credit report as a variation. For more information, please visit creditsmart.org.au to find out more about credit reporting in Australia."
"If you have any further questions, please ask us on the call. To help us provide the best service please advise us if any of your contact details have changed, including address, email address, or contact numbers. Unless we say otherwise, any advice provided to you on this call relating to a financial product is general in nature, and you must decide if it's appropriate for you. We welcome your feedback at any time. Full details of our complaint handling process and how to access it are available on our website. This call may be recorded, including for training and quality purposes. In order to improve the service we provide, you may be invited to answer a short four question survey about the service you received today. Please stay on the line after your call to complete the survey."

Caller: Not sure Has called multiple times in the last 4 days. I called back and it played what seemed to be a series of voice recordings that were taken from St George and were put together to sound legit. Hung up and blocked the number.

This number keeps calling and when I ring back it says the call can be monitored then I got music. No company name or anything so I hung up. Very annoying

When incoming call picked up there was no-one on the other end. Dialled back and got an automated voice message about call being recorded for training purposes, when the call finally got through, there was no-one on the other end just nothing... weird. Blocked the number. They have tried again twice today.
