Optus has been hacked on their yes app because I had somebody else's phone number attached inside my account details inside my account details and it was also sent via my google mail account.The google browser that brings both the mail and the advertising from optus has cookies attached from other advertising company's that hijack your mail and browser search to the point of when you push on either optus site request or optus advertising or open Optus mail it is redirected to other sites and advertising!

It is not a legit number. Optus confirmed this with me on 30/07/2018. Their response over live chat was "Please ignore the call as it's not from Optus. If you have any clarifications on this, you can call our direct customer service at 133937"

I just had a call from this number but did not answer Coz its almost 2am. But today I did contact optus on online chat aboyt my whole data vanishing in half an hour after I had just recharged. It's never ever happened before So I contacted them to find out what happened to My data and then I got this call only 15 mins ago..

This is not an Optus number. I received a call as well, did not answer and as always, if it looks like a scam, put it on aeroplane mode while it is ringing....the scammer will get a not connected signal and will not try again. I know it is not Optus as I work for Optus.

Caller: Optus Customer Service This is a legitimate number. There are currently NBN issues where I live; I reported to Optus when my internet went down a couple of days ago; this is the number my case manager called me back on this morning to advise progress. Issue with NBN, not telcos. (June 2022)

Scam call, saying he was from Optus billing. I was at a medical appointment so I just said I was hanging up. The number was probably spoofed..There is definitely no reason for Optus to call me about my account.
