I think this is a legitimate caller. I had a HP printer issue, called the HP help line, tried a few tests but all seemed OK, then later the issue seemed to vanish, all now normal. The operator said he would call back in a few days to check progress, and I assumed this was that call, but he did not stay on the line long enough for me to pick up. We thought that the problem might be a configuration difficulty, and tried Microsoft, who badly need training in helpfulness and manners. Unfortunately over half my incoming calls are unwanted, either nuisances or scammers. Unless I recognise the number I now let it go to message bank. A shame, crooks are ruining what was once a great facility

Caller: I only gusess HP, because I had a question before. (02) 8031 8317 probable HP service. But it was sort of gibberish Chinese, female. I asked to speak clearly and slowly. They disconnect.

Caller: Hp I called HP support, and she kept telling me to do these steps as trying again to reconnect. But it did not work as I had already tried this. She hung up the phone on me told me she was in India pic, and I couldn't really understand her because of her Indian accent that I feel like she was putting on, mostly because if she lived in Australia for a long time, she probably can speak Australian very well. Anyways, she hung the phone up on me. She did not call back. I've then called HP again. And spoke to another guy that was weird and saying things like dominant. As such, he made me feel uncomfortable. It would be nice Northend to have races or like people that can speak English well so people in Australia can understand. Especially for an Australian company I'm not saying don't hire people from different countries but speaking English good English is very important. The issue was fixed with the guy on the phone. She then called me insisting she had called me back but she hadn't. It was from another company that I was having issues with or trying to resolve the issues. Thinking it was my mobile hotspot because my Wi-Fi and data wouldn't connect and it's not a time set limit Wi-Fi. It was extremely frustrating in the end. I just smashed my laptop because I don't actually care about what having a brand of laptop that I've had for three years having these sorts of issues. I could've resold it, but is it really worth it? No not after the experience I had with their employees

Caller: Hp They were no help I could barely understand her Indian accent she was gaslighting. Didn't really explain what I had to do. I did the steps and told her so, and she kept saying have you done the steps when I told her that I did, she hung up the phone on me for no reason. The issue was fixed and kept happening after the cool ended.

Caller: Unknown This number rang at 11:08 am but by the time I got the phone out of my pocket it had stopped. A message came in from Telstra saying that the message could not be converted to text. I opened the computer to check the number and there was an email from HP asking about the issue I had experienced with my new laserjet, I responded to that, then I checked this number with reverseaustralia and found myself in the same situation as John (January 17 2023). This is a different number to that which I rang originally for support (02) 8815 3253) so of course, I did not recognise this new one. So after having received their email at 11:14 I can say that this number is genuine.

Caller: HP Support centre I unfortunately did not answer as was unsure until I checked the number. I had an issue about 2 weeks ago and presume it was the follow up call to see if it was ok as they said they would.

Caller: HP Australia They called to ask me what products I am purchasing off their website for business. Then I told them the product is currently out of stock and they said they will ring me back later when it is. I got called twice in a span of 8 minutes.

Caller: Said he was from HP Australia Received a call from a man with an Indian accent - says he's from HP Australia enquiring about an unpaid invoice for printer supplies. I knew it was a scam immediately. He sounded unsure of himself and, when I challenged him, he said, "Oh sorry, it must be a wrong number. I was after Anthony" I told the guy I would be reporting the number for ScamWatch.

Caller: HP Support Centre Maybe isn’t HP Support Centre? I didn’t answer 2 unknown number calls. Friday & following Monday. HP has no reason to call me. I rang number today after doing Reverse Australia check & seeing others say it’s HP. I hung up when voice said “HP Support Centre”. HP has a 1300 number to call in Aust. I blocked number noting it purports to be linked to HP.
