Caller: Holidaycart Company take your money then explain the reality that they can't commit your booking but won't refund money. They are clearly a shoddy operator who deliberately don't disclose information which nearly all reputable online travel companies do. They refuse to refund my money even though I demanded it 1 hours after the booking. The operator just spouts terms and conditions disregarding their obligations under consumer law

Caller: Cheapflyshop afters ales support Sophisticated scam: Beware of Cheapflyshop’s Unethical Pricing Tactics
I recently had an incredibly frustrating and time wasting experience with Cheapflyshop, a company that appears to engage in misleading and unethical practices. After purchasing an airfare for an international round trip valued at over $2,000 through a airfare comparison site, I received confirmation emails stating that the itinerary would be finalized within 48 hours. However, they required me to call them, claiming the airfare was subject to seat availability and potential price changes.
Upon contacting them within an hour, I was informed that the fare I purchased was a "promotional price" that excluded luggage—despite the airline being one I’ve flown with numerous times, where luggage is typically included. When I asked for confirmation of the booking with luggage, they demanded an additional $1,000—more than a third of the original price I already paid.
To make matters worse, Cheapflyshop refused to provide their IATA number, raising serious doubts about their accreditation and legitimacy. This deceptive practice caused significant stress and wasted time, ultimately leading to me missing a critical event, as it was too late to make alternative travel arrangements.
Their bait-and-switch pricing, lack of transparency, and refusal to provide standard industry credentials make them highly untrustworthy. I strongly advise against using Cheapflyshop’s services, as their practices appear intentionally misleading and deeply unethical. After a few days, pretending they processed the refund when my bank did actuallymake sure the payment was reversed on time, they asked me to process the payment twice with an alternative method using so called 3D secured from stripe and asking to click a url link... To this day, I am still waiting for an answer from IATA if Cheapflyshop are actually an accredited travel agent.
