Claim they will help you get collage degree, they will arrange the hex debt.
Personally I'd go with a trusted company who have a good reputation, who you can also get a hex debt with. Not someone who needs to cold call people to get business. But I did my schooling more than 20 years ago, and have a career, so they completely wasted their time calling me everyday for the last couple of months.

I called (02) 8031 1322 back and spoke with Lina. She said i reached Study Network Australia. They might have called my number to do general introduction about the services or courses that they offer. They specialises in finding the right course and also find institution that would best suit the person. They are based all over Australia but the call center i reached was in Sydney. I asked to be removed from their list.

This phone number is just trying to sell some sort of online course study program. Ignore it.
