Same s**t from them again today, persistent bastards!

I keep getting missed calls from this number to my mobile - after barely 2 rings. I've never bothered answering it as this mobile # is known by v.few people.
I just called the number from caller-ID blocked landline and after about 45 seconds there was a voicemail prompt 'Thank you for calling CNC partners' or something similar.
Sounds a helluva lot liek telemarketers to me..

So, how did you find out who it was ? We have been getting calls from this same number, but like a lot of others here, when I called back I just got the recorded message. We have averaged 5 calls a day over the end of last week. Most here seem to say that if they DO answer the phone they get a hangup. Is that all that you did ?

On the DO NOT CALL REGISTER and annoyed!'Hosted call centre' and may call me again in the future. What the? It's annoying and has no purpose. What can be done to stop these calls from coming through? I do not want my life interrupted with crap!

I have had this number ring me twice, once last week and once today. Both times they have rung my mobile around lunch time. I have not answered either of the calls and have not tried to call back. Are they only calling mobiles or are they calling landlines as well?

I've received calls from this number on both my home phone and my mobile (luckily my work phone goes through a switchboard!). On the 2nd of November I left mobile at home by mistake, and when I got home it said I'd missed a whopping 10 calls from this number! When they rang again and I answered, they just hung up. Strange. I wonder what they're gaining from this endeavour?
