No answer but a messaging system, I hacked in and was able to get to their mailbox. Some one speaking Chinese .. Told them the police are coming to raid them

This no just came up on my mb at 8.10pm. Left no message. I find it so rude they ring so late. As if anyone answering would be pleasant to them at this hour!

Received yet another call from this number at 20.26 (8.26pm)
She said she was from Citibank and then requested me to give my full name and address.
To which I replied "prove to me who you are,"
Her reply "you are being reordered"
My reply " another worker in a bird cage that can't think for them selves"
Result phone disconnected

At least this was a short conversation.

I still do not know if the call is genuine or a scam, I am leaning more towards SCAM

Asian speaking person rang me at 20.43 (8.43pm) Last night requesting information about my credit card!
Then requested information about my address.
I stated very clearly that "if you are genuine you will have this information"
to which she hung up.
