they keep on calling, make it cheaper

Providers should be compelled to improve call blocking.
Blocking by number and location would be good.

They are nuisance.

Didn't recognise this number so googled it. Thanks for all previous comments. So ...
I save the number, give it the name zpest, so all the zpests are at the end of my real contacts ... I press done (up at the top), go down again and press 'Block this Caller' (which is in blue) then press "Block Contact' (which is in red). This works, I do not hear them again and notice after two or three more unanswered tries appear; they give up.
I only hang up when I have wasted the time reporting; that they wasted for me.

I have been called by this number maybe 30 times for the past few weeks. I called the back and left a message to delete me from their list, but the calls continued.
