they try using your name or whatever name they have for you on their records in the initial greeting in a lame transparent bid to confirm they have the correct target. I never confirm my identity but ask who is this?...They will say this is "john" am i speaking to ( your name)?...after not confirming my name again i ask who they work for.....this will result in yet another bullsh*t answer like ...i represent a company in Sydney and another attempt to get you to confirm your name...That is about as far as i've pushed it, maybe after a few more years and hundreds of calls they'll give up trying to collect the meager bill for 1 month of internet Telstra thought i owed them.

Answered (Grrrrr) asked me to confirm MY FULL, DOB, addr, etc.
When I tried 2 ask who "THEY" were, I was intrpted, kept asking confirm who I was.... I hung up

The guy left this number to call back (07) 3422 6666, which is weird because he rang from the (02) number. He was after one of our staff, who said that the call came through as 'scam' on his mobile phone. Guess it's a scam then.
