Harassing looking for someone with similar name.

Rang and rang when phone program asked for a message etc. the 'caller' just hung up.

Looking at previous it appears that this caller has history of being a nuisance, does nothing positive so is an annoyance, maybe that is only reason for being around.

So that is my summation of whoever they are, just an irritation... nothing positive.

Probably has no real purpose in life except to try an annoy others - for a laugh?
