After a dozen calls over a couple of days I paid overdue Suncorp credit card payment and calls stopped. Are Citibank and Suncorp tied up together or just coincidence?

It was about coles MasterCard

I got a call from this number last Friday, said they were from Citibank. I said oh yes I forgot to pay my card. I will do it tonight cutting them off. I will never give them my credit card over phone to pay on the spot. I paid the card online on Monday. Number rang again today and just silence and then they hang up.

When I answer there is silence then they hang up. 4 calls in one last week and 2 calls in the last hour.

Numerous calls a day to my mobile and office! I have now blocked this number on my mobile but can't do the same for office. It is pure harrassement. Is there a way to file a complain to citibank?

Caller: Coles Mastercard

They finally rang at a time when I could answer. They said they were from Coles Mastercard and I had an overdue payment. I didn't believe them and hung up, but when I checked I actually hadn't paid my credit card bill!
I'm guessing it's an international call centre and it sounds like a computer speaking too. Would be a lot easier if they left a message.

Ring often very early when I try to call back it rings once then gives the engaged signal. They don’t leave a message when they call and only let it ring a couple of times

We have had at least 3 calls per day on our landline over the past week, sometimes it hangs up when it is answered, other times it goes through to a “Customer Support” area, then gets put on hold so we hang up.

I don't have an account with them but considered a loan or credit card. Have blocked the call but averaging 3 or 4 calls a day coming up.

Since 15 July I have received 21 calls from this number, they don't leave a message and they are also calling my work. I've tried calling back and there is either no answer, silence if it is answered, or usually it disconnects.

Numerous calls a day - yesterday 6 today it is before 11am and had 4 already! I have now blocked this number. It is pure harrassement.

One of citibank's specialist callers that they use to try to sell another product. They are also trying to get coles mastercard people to swap over.

We are a business and I am also getting sick of this caller. Get about 4-5 calls a day and never say anything just hang up. Very frustrating not sure what the hell their purpose is ?
