they ring me today, and claim they are calling from my bank - HSBC.  When I answer it by "hello", he just say I may be busy, he will call back later. Why he call me at the first place if he assume I am busy ?

I guess they may have tasks to call a certain amount of phone calls everyday which may be monitored by their call center supervisor.

So the caller really don't want to WASTE his time on the phone call after call is answered.

It hang up when I answer it even with the home or moble Phone
It is really annoying, they have called twice in the same day and three days in a row.

I had these strange numbers call me today as well. I was out of Australia when I received them, and had left my mobile at home. Financial Advice? 4 missed calls? wah!
