We are an Australian owned an operated organisation. Our clients consist of blue chip organisations that engage us to assist with their marketing initiatives. From time to time we do have a technology issue which can cause us not to be able to hear the person on the other end of the line which can be the cause of what appears to be "hang up" calls. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. Anyone who experiences this, or for any other reason would like us not to call can contact us by:Phone: (02) 9775 1266Mail: Attention: Compliance Manager, Blueprint Management Group, PO BOX 1739 SYDNEY Email: dncradmin @ blueprintmg.com.auThese requests are entered into our system which will prevent any further calls and takes effect immediately.Regards,CEO Blueprint Management Group
According to the notes for (02) 8023 0000 on 800notes.com, around Oct-2007 it was American Express trying to upgrade existing customers. I've never been an Amex customer, though.
Someone commented more recently in the notes for (02) 8023 0431 that it's GE Capital Finance trying to sell money insurance. This makes more sense as I was once, many years ago, a Buyers Edge (GE Capital Finance) customer.
It's probably a single marking/customer service firm, though, that's getting subcontracted by Amex, GE and who knows who else. Hope this helps somebody.

04.04.08 Friday @ 5.12pmIt has now reached the stage because of all the unknown telephone callees that we have to keep the landline "off the hook" in other words "engaged" so that all calls go straight through to Message Bank. Some days and nights there have been up to eleven [11] calls registered through Message Bank.Below is listed other numbers of callers02802301530280230464028023047202898853980289885338028988718302802302640280230393 0289154600 0390385700 02802303610281983300 * (02) 8023 0431(02) 8198 3800
