I called back number (02) 8020 3522 reached voicemail of a company called Heart Research Institute.

I have received this number approx. 5 times a day. I would prefer if these charities do not keep harrassing me. These phone calls are harassment especially to the elderly. My Mum & Mother-in-law have been very genourous with these types of calls & end up at the end of the week with hardly any money. I donate to many charities directly. Please restrict your phone calls.

They are persistent, twice a day every day for a week. I don't answer, they don't leave a message, I just delete the call.

I agree, I also receive approx. 5-7 a calls a day. I have an answering machine, therefore these calls keep hanging up. My machine stays on all the time now I can see the number displayed. My parents are also being harassed by these calls, they prefer to answer there calls, have tried to convince them to not answer the phone & only pick up once they know who it is. I wish these types of calls can be classed as illegal & the companies charged.

Phone canvassers. Never answer. Save the number and name it scam so you can see as soon as they call. Don't answer. They will eventually give up. Don't block because they will just start calling from a different number.
