Yes it's a call centre for charity - people if you have smart phones you can block the number just go to your recents call list press the info symbol and then scroll down and there should be the option to block the number 😀

Non stop calling all the time, so glad i figured out how to block this number.

I called back number (02) 8020 3504 reached voice mail
based on voicemail company name is Australian red cross

They hung up when I answered , I’ve blocked them.

It appears to be a call centre for various charities, today she said it was for a heart donation. She was very insistent and spoke over me when I told her I wasn't interested. I just hung up when she was still talking.

If I don't recognise a number I don't answer... simple. If it's important or genuine they use my voice-mail.

As for this number I have received attempts many times but never a message. A lot of people thankfully have confirmed my suspicions.

This is a fake Call!!!
Please if you received this call, Don't give them any person and bank details to them.
So many fake Call using Charity organisations to ask ppl bank details.
And myself always say my English not well. And hand off the phone.

Just an idea people..get headoffice number for red cross in Sydney,ph them and ask if that number is one of theirs or not.if it is you can have them directly remove your number n if not youll know iys a scam and youll be informing red cross so they can contact authorities to track them for impersonation fraud or whatever the crime attatched to their scam..god bless and happy new yr to all.Kaz

I have this number blocked for 2 months now and still every day they are trying to call. Sometimes twice a day. Thats ridiculous.

These call centers have your number because you have given it to them usually indirectly by applying for a "free" thing or service. Because you have "willingly" disclosed your number you have a "relationship" so the do not call register gives them permission to contact you. The only way to stop it is NOT to fall for the "free" stuff SCAMS or give them the number of a burn phone you are prepared to lose. It is your privacy, keep it PRIVATE!

Received a call this morning, asking about donation and over the phone payment. I said big no and I will check website. she insisted me a lot but I said no payment over the phone.

Called every day without fail.
Block this number.
It drops out when you pick up

Caller said they were from Red Cross and were asking for bank details. They are not Red Cross, this is a scam.

Its from red cross
And they keep calling do u want to help the people, asking for the bank details snd monthly donation for the charity.
It could be fake and u might loose money
