Very unprofessional company in dealing with them over the phone. I have tried many times to call their 1800 number and stayed on the line as instructed but always cuts out. I have left messages to which no one responds then received multiple calls from different mobile numbers but no message is ever left. I am in a rental property and the real estate told me they would be inspecting the alarms but it has been done more than once in the last 12 months so not sure who is getting scammed here - the real estate agents or the landlords!

They're legitimate - my agent actually messaged me to say they'd call me to arrange a time to visit to test the Smoke Alarm. They were somewhat flexible on the visiting time as well. If you're not renting etc. it just means they got the wrong info from the real estate agent but it's not a scam.
