Charities are exempt from the DNC register and they employ 3rd party maketers to call and collect donations. If enough of us Aussies bitched loud enough perhaps this exemption can be overturned and we can all go through life happy to donate if and when we see fit. The issue is not enough of us are collectively screaming at the government to have these annoyances stopped.

Its a market research company and I am sick of receiving calls from them. I will make a complaint via the "do not call register" as they are not supposed to have access to our private number

This number calls me at least once a week. Its a marketing company for a charity. Despite me declining further follow up calls and explaining its putting me off the charity, they still call. Epic fail.

Called this number back, recorded message just said it was a "Market Research Company"
