Following a missed call on my mobile, I stupidly called back. They claim to be a company flogging insurance services. Why they would deliberately hang up when the phone is answered, I do not understand.

I'm getting about 6 calls a day from this number. They tell me if I fill in a survey I can win $2000. I just don't answer or hang up on them. Thanks Andrew though for the tip about blocking the number.

If you have an iPhone you can block caller. Go to "Recents", then select (i) on the far right nxt to their number, scroll to the bottom and then select block this caller.

I started receiving these calls after filling in an entry for a competition. Apparently they can sell your details to spammers. Not nice.

Rang me today. Hung up when I answered and when I rang back I got nothing.

They keep calling, from multiple numbers, asking for Dianne. I have told many times she is no longer at this number. WTF.

I had a call today (6/03/2015) from this number. They called on my mobile number I give out to relatives and good friends only. I answered in German and only spoke German until they got frustrated and signed off - in a polite way though. This worked well previously also. Sometimes I recite an English poem to them or sing them a song - they usually get the message.

These people keep calling me all day - also on the weekend. Glad I never answered. I know my number is on the do not call register, so I have no idea where they got it from.

Called my business today, when I answered they hung up. Thanks for wasting my time.

this number has been calling me, when i call back (to tell them where to go) it goes straight to a recording message which saids 'all of our agents are busy at the moment...'. Absolutely HAD IT. This is harassment,feels like there is nothing we can do about it but learn to live with it, ridiculous.With all the technology they cant do anything???????

Received missed calls from this number yesterday and again today, looked it up and glad to find out what it is and safely keep ignoring calls (if any more come, I hope they don't!), thanks for the warnings everyone!

Hangs up as soon as i answer, calls multiple times a day. Pests!!

Just called and spoke to someone and all the info they could give me was that they got my number from a 'consumer marketing data base' If they would kindly f*@k off would be great!!

Constant calling, and a bunch of private numbers calling me too. And then they called my mother on her mobile and asked to speak to me??? Who are these hounds and where did they get our information?

This number has been calling me several times a day for over a week but I never answer. I wish they'd get the hint and leave me alone.

Sick of the calls from this freaken number, they call me during the day at work, they call me non stop on Saturday mornings before 7am - 4 calls to mobile on this Saturday all before 7am (WA time) - I call them back to give them a serve and they hang up on me before I have even said Hello! The nerve of them - bloody scum.

i am getting more then 4 calls a day at first i ignored it but now i have answered a few times and they hang up when i say hello..what is up with that.. i dont even get a chance to tell them to p$$$ off. have had a few other numbers from sydney area and told them to take me off list now i am getting these and i dont think its from having insurance with another company as i dont. they can buy lists of phone numbers. mine is silent and i still get it

They call work and I HAVE to answer... BUT I hear the background call centre noise and or the switch over... so I put it on mute and I don't even both to talk to these time wasters.. I hear them in their Indian voice, saying hello hello... Then they hang up.. Sure they keep calling, but you can't get them to stop anyway.


( why always Indians!!! I used to love that accent now it grates my nerves!)

Telemarketers. Do you have funeral insurance? , we are not asking for money know it's just a Curtis call. 3 to 4 a times a day, it's unbelievable straight from a call center in India. If you don't answer they call from a different number and sometimes use an unlisted one, this is crap I got insurance for my business from Real insurance and they must have released my number to other companies. Not cool !
