This is 1st Energy. Called, didn't leave a message and when I called back it was for this company. Don't know what they want, and really don't care. Suggest people block number if they can.

Called to say I've been selected for being a pay on time customer so they could offer a 40% discount on electricity. Had no info other than my first name. Spoke very broken English, very hard to understand.

they hung up on me first time they called. Second time they said they were Community Bill Compare. selling electricity plans. very persistent, had to politely cut the call (they are after all employed people trying to earn a living)

I called back the missed call and they just talk over the top of you. asked them how they have my number and they said I'd signed up to some site to be contacted. Told them I'm on the do not call register and have no utilities in my name. They ignored me and just tried to keep selling what ever they are selling. Had to repeat myself a few times.

Called me saying they are some energy company that i enquired with 6 to 12 months ago. But kept calling me sir and the account holder. No indication of them knowing who i was. Just felt like theu were milking for information.

these clowns are relentless, please report them using the ACMA spam caller page.

They kept ringing me for no reason , and disconnect the line as soon as the call is answered.

ok much like the above, i get a call almost daily from these guys, and the one time i answered they were selling electricity. It's spam and against ACMA regulations. Please register a complaint and think about adding your number to their do not call register (if you havent already!). I did a long time ago, they are in violation of this registry

Also in the meantime if you have android or iphone, search for a prank answer machine app. With many of these apps you can redirect all calls from this number to something amusing

I get a call from this number just about ever other day, if I don't answer no mesage is left. However if I answer they hang up.
