These guys just won't give up I missed 2 calls in less than 5 minutes!!!! I entered an online competition two weeks ago which I regret! Anyways I have blocked the scam artists here a other numbers they have tried to contact me on which I have also blocked!..........(02) 9119 6526, (02) 8020 3501, (02) 8035 4109, (02) 8393 0733 and (02) 8393 0721

They called me this morning and I missed the call. So glad I did. Its terrible how our information is recycled and misused. will be blocking the number.

This number call me twice when I was sleeping , the sec time I pick it up because the ring wake me , I hear a man with a funny accent ( copy oz ) and he know my name ????? He said I won a iPhone 6 and he said the people from Apple will contact me by mail , sms or call , I said ok because I did fill up the prize to win a iPhone 6 few days back , but the background is on the street and I can hear car and stuff , and he said he want to offer me some discount of something else then I said is okay , I didn't need it , and he keep asking me 3 time what type of plans in using on my phone is prepay or plan so I said is prepaid , and he starting to sell me someother offer and I said , well I'm fine ,is okay I didn't need something else for my phone and I means ...... He hang up ??? What just happen ???

Told me I was entered to win a prize and I needed to answer a few questions. Said the call would be recorded for training and quality control. I said I don't want to be recorded and she hung up on me. This has worked a number of times now :)

I didn't pick up.....I didn't know the number....all my friends and family I have their numbers recorded...so I assumed it was "spam"

I started receiving this number after I did an online survey, thinking you did one too, putting your number down on the form.

Got this call one missed and another call saying i won a bmw never enter any bmw comp for shame they knew my name how???? Plus answer a survey i knew it was a fake

Received call from this number, loads of noise in the background and couldn't hear very well. Not an Australian accent

If you have nothing to hide accept the call. If you owe money to anyone pay them off slowly .. but pay them off. Honesty is the best medicine.

Called 3 times. Picked up twice but no one on other side after 5s (Good tip: count to five, if noone has answered then obviously the connection is waiting to click in and is a call centre) so hung up. They are calling my work mobile which is not known outside of work contacts and is never added to competitions etc. Has been blocked

I just got this, only rang three times before it disconnected. I rang back got some message about a competition I supposedly entered, came on here to check who it was and they are now blocked. Must be an automatic dialler as my number is on the Australian do not call register.

They called said is this Mr (name).. I said who is calling. They said winners choice about a Westfield competition I entered for $2000 which I actually think I did online. Said they needed to confirm my details for the competition and wanted to offer more bonuses and competitions. I said no I don't want any more bonuses and competitions I get enough calls about that crap. He said OK have a nice day and hung up. SCAM why not just confirm details and not five bonuses and comps.

Missed calls on numerous occasions, called this number back to talk with a rude customer service member who stated they are from some 'Winners Choice'. No I did not join a competition under this name only Tatts Lotto. Advised to delete my contact details and hung up.
