Have been called 4 times in 48 hrs. They say nothing.

Getting up to ten calls a day from this number, am sick of it! I am on Do not call register yet they persist. Cannot block as it is my home number, which is unlisted!

I get a call every day from this lot, I am now blocking all calls from 028

Have called me multiple times I finally picked up said hello this is jade and I got a weird beep and than they hung up I tried calling back to see who it was and it wouldn't allow me to call just hung up straight away?

I'm on the Do Not Call list, but I just received a call from them. I've received other marketing calls too. Plus calls from India might be a hundred if I didn't let them go to answering machine.
So does Do Not Call actually achieve anything?
