This is Commercial Credit Services. They are debt collecting vultures. Do not answer the phone as they are quite powerless to do anything more than harass you. You've probably pissed someone off like Yellow Pages, Telstra or Vodafone as they sell their Debts to agencies like these who will do anything to get a return on it. Usually the debt is sold at a fraction of the actual amount and they are authorised to negotiate up to 20% discount, if your conscience gets the better of you and you actually want to pay the debt. My issue is that some bastard signed up for a Vodafone account in my name, racked up >$2000 on it and I got stuck holding the bag. I already have a Vodafone account so why would I sign up for a second one and not pay the bill. The only other into I can glean is that the phone that was purchased ended up in the USA...
