Proposes to be Australian Taxation Office looking for legal details. Used to call from overseas number and has recently started from NSW number.

they claim to be investigating legal claim and ATO. when i asked how do i know you are ATO - all i got was $#@# $$## $%%^^ and they hung up. the spam report card should show score of 100% scam and telstra should disconnect the number. i knew it was fake as it was a computer message, not a real person but my husband panicked and called them back so i got to talk to them. wasn't a nice experience.

Claims to be ATO calling about legal matters - electronic voice and not an ATO number. Report as a scam to the ATO.
