this number keeps ringing me and they know my name grr wish they would bugger off and yes the woman lisa sounded australian

This idiot has called me twice today in the last hour. I don't know who they are, but if you are not going to leave me a message then you are not worth my time to answer your call.

I am getting extremely frustrated with the amount of phone calls I am receiving from (02) 8015 2270 - they dio not leave a voice message - so I refuse to answer the call. If this person/company really wants to contact me then they should leave a voice mail message as I have this feature on my phone.

Received 9 calls from (02) 8015 2270 during the afternoon. Finally answered the call and they hung up when I answered.

I have the number as a reject number on my phone but I still get a message every time they call. 5 times today

Solution for the telemarketing vermin of (02) 8015 2270 - call Telstra unwelcome calls on 1800 805 996. (or submit online complaint). Wait 25mins for someone from Telstra who can't speak English, then wait for nothing to change. Alternatively, constantly call the Ombudsman's office for telecommunications on 1800 062 058 to register multiple complaints.

I've been receiving an average of 6 to 7 calls from this number every single day, except Sundays! I did a bit of research and I found the culprit, a Canadian survey company, called AnswerPlus. Here is the website:

Me too. Many times a day. Serious deficiency in network management to allow this harassment to continue. QUESTION: Does the perpetrator know this is happening or is it some malware installed on their machine?

I have blocked this stupid number, so I only get a msg telling me they have tried to call. 17 times in 2 days. WEE bit too much I feel.
I have tried ringing back, just to be told. "Sorry, our lines are busy, but we will call you back"

if you put avg free on your mobile it stops any viruses

some phones if you click on there message then click button down on the left or your phone it will come up with messages find the add to spam .hopefully that will stop them just done mine not had a call yet to see if thats fixed them ,ive been getting 10 to 15 a day sick of it .will let you know in a couple of days if this has worked

they are driving me crazy on my mobile ill have to call telstra to see if they can do any thing .im on do not call on house phone ,but its been on and off for two weeks so don't know if they have called that. been fixed today so will see if i get any shouldn't my number private

My mobile service is with Opus, but I have called Telstra and they said have taken my number of a list, so this company cannot contact me anymore. I suggest everyone does they same. I have also re registered with the Do Not call Register.

Yes Telstra can block this number from calling you.

Incorrect! Try and call the number and you will find out that it is the Canadian company, providing some kind of an answering service.

Same here, 3 - 5 calls a day, hang up when I answer. So, today I decided to call the number and yes, it is the canadian AnswerPlus company; their answering service of some sort.

These bastards keep calling my work phone and hanging up when I answer. Every day for the past week.
