Said his name was Steve Johnson from Microsoft @ 1 Epping Road North Ryde. I advised him that Steve Johnson has been rubber out for one week for a high tackle and that he should select a different name.
When I asked he advised the job number relating to this call was FS155. I think he might be missing a few digits for a legit call.
Gave him some abuse and hung up. This is the fifth call from them this week.

Bloody Scam, let them talk for 15 minutes while I had the phone on the desk then I told them I had an Apple computer

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This mob are doing the Microsoft Tech support scam. Woman told us her name is Katherine (or Catherine) Gomez and that she worked at Microsoft @ 1 Epping Road North Ryde. Gave her Employee ID to me as MS7131, but gave my husband a different number! LOL - cant even get her facts right.. Its definite scam because they wanted us to pay $350....She didnt like it when I hung up on her and her technician friend. They kept calling us back on the landline time and time again so we ended up leaving the phone off the hook. They locked us out of our computer but it is all reported to Police, SPAMwatch, ISP, and banks.
